Overnight oats - tofu or protein powder for protein boost?

I wanted to add some protein to my overnight oats, so was thinking of tofu (tofu noob here).
But since probably only silken tofu is suitable for that, which is relatively low on protein, are there any advantages to tofu over just adding some protein powder?
Price pr gram of protein is about the same.

    I'd just add protein powder.

Unflavored protein powder works great for me.

Protein powder will provide more protein per oz and can add variety w/different flavors but silken tofu can be easily added directly to the oats either hot or cold.

Protein powder clumps when added to things that are hot. So, you should only add it premixed in water, dairy, soymilk or other liquids after the oats have cooled so that it can be added more easily/smoothly.

Wouldn't you have to add a lot more volume of tofu to get the same amount of protein as from powder? I vote for the powder.

Maybe try a half scoop first. I love protein powder in smoothies with lots of strong flavored ingredients, but cooking with it is a little more challenging.

Tofu is great for lots of things, but I wouldn't use it for this. Not only is the protein content lower than a protein powder, but I think it would also give your oats a weird texture. You can add Greek yogurt for protein as well, as this recipe does: https://dashingdish.com/recipe/brownie-batter-overnight-protein-oatmeal/
