How do you do it?
I know that losing anymore then 2 pounds a week is not good for you, so you should increase you calories. But but but For the most part I'm not hungry all the time annnnnnnd I love watching the numbers drop. How do you do it? How do you add calories to slow down what's needed to be done for so many years?

Why does everyone tell you what to do?
It's really starting to driving me crazy, I've lost 15 pounds in just shy 3 weeks and people are starting to notice. They ask what I'm doing and I say I'm using this app and staying within the calories and stuff that it tells me to. How do you not get upset?
