Looking for advice on dating before I've reached my weight loss goal
Hi, I'm not very experienced with how to meet men or date and now I have also the concern that I shouldn't flirt with men or use my online dating app until I've lost another hundred pounds. Thoughts? I could use some encouragement and motivation to both stay on my diet and stay on my quest for a nice man to be my man :-).

So many foods have too many values to pick through, most of them cannot all be right. Any clues on managing this little glitch?

Well, I made it through the holidays with two splurge days
I'm proud of myself for logging everything I consumed on Thanksgiving and on New Years eve eve. I'm back on track today, with 65 calories over. I can live with that.

Alcohol consumption
Does anyone have any experience with either including or excluding alcohol and spirits from your diet? I was drinking three or four drinks each night, so naturally, as soon as I stopped, the extra calories dropped away and I was able to lose 20 lbs pretty quickly.
