Well, I made it through the holidays with two splurge days

I'm proud of myself for logging everything I consumed on Thanksgiving and on New Years eve eve. I'm back on track today, with 65 calories over. I can live with that.

0.2 kg increase since last gym session on 21 December, no hangovers - at this time of year I'll take that as a moderate win.

I was doing real good this morning until I got out of bed. Tomorrow's a new year, a new month, a new day, a new chance to refrain from screwing up.

Good job! I've been way over than that for the past week. I realized I needed to do something with my life this morning when I was sitting on the couch eating grilled cheese with 2 portions of bacon, had no pants on and saw my reflection in the television.

Be careful! You could burn your thigh with molten cheese and sizzling hot bacon grease! :#

I made it with only two splurge months.

    *Self high five*

This is cracking me up. :D Laughing hysterically but also realizing I had about 7 splurge months in 2017. Oh well! Clean slate! CLEAN SLATE.
