Hi, The more I do my food logging, the more I notice that I'm just eating fruits, veggies, meat and eggs, and an occasional handful of pumpkin seeds. No dairy, no beans, no processed foods whatsoever (bread and noodles wah-wah :-()

Any I'm a big experimenter and having fun learning how to cook vegetables so they seem like a filling flavorful meal, or how to make lobster and scallops without oil (ah bliss).
