Disappointed
Feeling a bit defeated. Been so good all week and tracked stayed within calorie deficit but only lost half a pound. Could it be possible that my hard work will show up next week? Should i lower my calories? Im currently on 1436 calories a day.

Weighed in a day earlier
I weigh in on Thursday but instead weighed in today because am going out for a mea tonight. Anyway I lost 1 n half pound but am worried it will just come straight back on with this meal tonight. Should I weigh again tomorrow to see the diference?

Doing IF all wrong
So I decided to do 12:12 as the most easiest option. Anyway I read that those doing IF they had 2 meals instead of 3. But what I was doing was cramming my 3 meals within the time slots. So break my fast at 11 and have breakfast and then at 12.30 have lunch. Im such a loser honestly.

Tracking fruit
On 1200 calories would you track calories for fruit. Its healthy i know - but the amount of calories are quite high like a banana being 105 calories and this puts me off. Would I lose weight if i had 12 00 calories for everything else but had maybe 2 or 3 pieces of fruit a day without counting the calories.TIA

I was wondering could you lose weight if you just ate chocolate all day but stayed within 1200 calories budget. I mean I dont actually eat all my calories in chocolate but i have a very sweet tooth and prefer my sweet treats over anything else.TIA
