This can’t be correct!
I started wearing my Fitbit on my belt loop today (dress code) and somehow Fitbit recorded 238 minutes of activity but my steps seem accurate a bit over 7,000 so now I’m not sure how many exercise calories I should be allowing myself if this is how a workday is going to go now that I’m not allowed to wear on my wrist.

Question about calories with weight training
I still have my calories set to deficit in MFP but I’m wanting to start recomp. Today I worked (on my feet) and then I went to the gym and spent nearly an hour with the weight machines for upper body and dumbbells while doing lunges and some low side steps. Frozen avocados?
I was just wondering if anyone had tried this before. When my bananas get too ripe for sitting around any longer I peel them and freeze them for smoothies. The thought came to mind about doing this with an avocado that is perfectly ripe but I’m not going to eat it soon enough. They are really good in smoothies.

I’m thinking I should get a food scale
So I’ve been doing well since starting (just joined less than two months ago) I have a minimal weight loss goal and have lost 6 lbs. I’m guessing at amounts of things though like an avocado for instance may not be a medium at all. Has anyone noticed a big difference after starting to use one?

Float or cryo?
Has anyone done the float or cryo therapy? I forget what the float place is called but my understanding is that it’s a pod tub filled with water that has epsom salt in it. Just wondering if anyone has experience doing either my legs are sore!

Wanting to build more muscle
So I’ve only been using MFP for less than two months and I’m within 2 lbs of my goal weight. I’m wondering if I want to build muscle mass should I stop eating at a deficit and focus more on my macros? Should I just eat somewhere in between maintenance and what I’m currently eating? Not sure how this happened
So I’ve had dinner and somehow I still have over 700 calories after exercise (working on my feet 8hrs) Again I come in short on my carbs but I feel very satisfied. Does anyone else have days like this? I guess I deserve a cookie lol.

Fitbit and MFP calories very different
So as of right now my Fitbit dashboard has my intake at 2,343 and MFP says 1,700 for some reason Fitbit has these extra calories at breakfast which is my regular breakfast which is around 466. Anyone experience this? Maybe I just shouldn’t look at this part of my Fitbit dashboard lol
