I have recently got to 45kg squat on SL 5x5 and noticed a pain right in the middle of my knee cap. Any ideas what this could be and how to ease it? Deadlifting with a trap bar, a true reflection of Barbell deadlift strength?

SL 5x5 Deadlifts
Today I did my 50kg deadlift 1 x 5 ... I had to pause between each lift and reset myself. On the last two I had to pause for a minute before lifting. Does this count? Or should I have done each deadlift consequtively without pausing?

Stronglifts.. twinge in back and other things
So I am doing stronglifts 5x5 and today I did 32.5kg squat, 21kg OHP and 50kg DL I felt a twinge in my lower back/hip which radiated down my leg. it wasn't "painful" but it was there. I think it my be a trapped nerve? I read that weight lifting can cause inflamed nerves. Any thoughts? Could my weight be anything to do with…

I am 5'1 female doing stronglifts. For my next workout it will be a 30kg squat, 21kg BP and 50kg DL. My deadlift today was pretty heavy and i think this week the squat might start to get heavy... when did you start to notice the weights getting heavier or even hit your first stall?

Calculating maintenance calories accurately
Do I have this right. Say I weigh myself today at 78kg and accurately as possible eat at 1800 calories a day for a few weeks. Then I reweigh and have lost 4lb. Am I right in thinking that: Maintenence = 4 x 3500 = 14000 calories Then 140000 / no of days since original weigh in + 1800 calories Thank you
