What have you achieved in August 2018 and What are your goals for September 2018?

So in August I have achieved:

I have lost 6.5 llb
I have added 15kg to my back squat
I have added 6.5 kg to my Bench Press (30kg yay!)
I have added 9.5kg to my Barbell Row
I haven't added anything to my deadlift but I was pleased that I sought help after my back was painful. I deloaded the bar from 50kg end of July and slowly worked my way back up to 50kg
I have established 1RM for OHP of 26kg

Goals for September 2018:

Lose 7llb
Increase my squat by 10kg
Increase my BP by 4kg
Increase my BBR by 4kg
Increase my Deadlift by 15kg
Start working towards my first pull-up

    Started tracking, lost about 15 lb, got into yoga consistently, did a few lifting and swim sessions, walked at least 150km, moved continents, started grad school and have finally learned the names of everyone else in my program.

    August - Lost 11lbs
    Finally started jogging as opposed to just walking
    Consistently drinking enough water every day. This is huge for me because I hated water before and hadn’t drank more than a glass a day for over 2 years.

    September Goals
    Lose at least 10 lbs
    Be able to run for 20 minutes straight
    Get back into swimming shape (used to be a lifeguard and swim competitively)
