I am 5'1 female doing stronglifts. For my next workout it will be a 30kg squat, 21kg BP and 50kg DL. My deadlift today was pretty heavy and i think this week the squat might start to get heavy... when did you start to notice the weights getting heavier or even hit your first stall?

How long have you been doing SL? When I did SL, I started light and my OHP was the first to stall around 6 weeks or so.1

5-6 weeks for squat—135lbs was tough. OHP—I don’t lift more than 55lbs because I lose form. I noticed remarked explosive power after 5 weeks. My goal was to help my tennis.0

For squats, around 80 lbs. deadlift around 100lbs. Rows, around 65-70lbs. For bench press and OHP they were heavy just with the bar for me. I couldn’t even do the bar by itself at first.0

Too long ago. I don't remember. Maybe 6-8 weeks?0
