Squat pain
So when i load up the bar and do squats, i am getting a really sharp and powerful pain in my left side shoulder blade. It only happens when i squat and never when doing any other exercise. Thoughts?

Stronglifts 5x5
Who all is doing Stronglifts 5x5? I almost done with week 14... Only 1 failure so far on OHP. Squats are at 260 pounds Deadlifts are at 255 pounds My diet has been close to maintenance calories so i can lean out a bit. How long should i run this program? Let's see some others progress!!

Upper routine 2x a week
Finally got my own home gym. I want to do an upper / lower 4 day split. How is this for upper days... A - bench press, bent over row, arnold press, shrugs, preacher curl, tricep kickbacks B - incline dumbell bench press, one arm row, lateral raises, concentration curls, close grip bench press, push ups.

Keto flu
So my keto flu returned.. been off for a couple of days. Looking at my nutrition for the last few days, i am getting about 3000mg of sodium but only 2000is mg of potassium. If i up my potasium to 4000 - 4500 mg, it should help? The sticky said try and get at least 4700mg... but how much is to much?

6 day push / pull / legs
I have been doing a 6 day split of push / pull / legs for a month now and love it. I was doing 5 to 6 exercises per workout. Question is...is it ok to split the exercises and do 3 or 4 exercises on push day 1 of the week and then do 3 or 4 different ones on push day 2 of the week ? Or should i do the same workout twice a…

Pre work out
So i love working out when i get up rather than later. I am thinking about adding a pre workout shake made of a scoop of protein powder, 1/3 cup of steel cut oats and 1 scoop of optimum pre work out with water, or should i just keep working out before eating anything ?

Total gym calories burned
Any have an estimate on calories burned on the total gym ? Closest I can find is about 250 per 30 minutes.
