Upper routine 2x a week

Finally got my own home gym. I want to do an upper / lower 4 day split. How is this for upper days...

A - bench press, bent over row, arnold press, shrugs, preacher curl, tricep kickbacks

B - incline dumbell bench press, one arm row, lateral raises, concentration curls, close grip bench press, push ups.

    A friend of mine has smiliar sets of gym equipment too . But too bad i dont know much about the journey, im also new to all of this .

    If you are new to lifting, you should ck out Starting Strength and Strronglifts which are well known beginner lifting programs.

    Each uses an alternating full body lifting routine doing DL/BP or SQT/OHP and Rows/Power Clean every other day rather than a upper/lower body spit.

    I've done both and prefer Starting Strength but other prefer Stronglifts. Ck them out and decide which you prefer for yourself.
