Pre work out

So i love working out when i get up rather than later. I am thinking about adding a pre workout shake made of a scoop of protein powder, 1/3 cup of steel cut oats and 1 scoop of optimum pre work out with water, or should i just keep working out before eating anything ?

    It’s preferential. What do YOU prefer and what makes you feel best. Fasted training is fine. Fed training is fine. It’s all about preference

    I'd go with the third option - a small amount of juice or other fast-acting carbohydrate, for energy. The foods you listed take an hour or two to be digested.
