Sept. 1 Start Date...90 day crush. Need friends, I am 55 and need to get in shape.
Anyone want to team up and get healthy. I have a whole plan ready to go. I need some friends to hold me accaountable. Cardio every other day, 10,000 steps a day, weight training 2x a week, no beer, no fried foods. Anyone in the same boat?

How do you add a friend in MFP in the browser desktop feature?
I only see how you can add someone you know outside MFP by their email. If I am in a discussion board here in MFP and I see someone I'd like to friend, how do I do that? Or is that only available in the app on your phone? TYIA
