I'm in. Been back on MFP for about a month or so now. Lost 50 back in 2013-2014 then moved from Florida to Utah. The adjustment has been difficult (Man I hate the winters here!!). Started off by getting back in the habit of logging everything. Then added water to my list. Now I'm focusing on eating more veggies which will help keep me under my calorie goal. Soon I will start focusing on some exercise. Baby steps works for me as I continue to build on better habits and routines.
