Configuring Macros
Just curious, do you set your own macros or do you use the MFP suggestions? I set in my weight, how much I want to lose per week (1 lb per week), my exercise level, and it wants me at 50% carbs. That seems high to me. I’m just learning about macros so any advice would help. Thank you!
