Hi everyone!

I used to logged my food & workouts a few years ago. Since then, I’ve gained some weight & I’m back to tracking to lose it.

I’m 5’0, 132 lbs & have a petite frame & I’m looking to connect with others with similar body frames. Please feel free to add me; and if you’re not the above mentioned, add me anyway for accountability. :) My food diary is open to friends only.

    Welcome back. I just came back to MFP too. My license says 5’0 but really I’m 4’11 and should weigh around 115. I’m currently 150, down 12 lbs since I got back on track. Just tracking food and eating better options.
