Started at 205 and argued in this morning at 193. Been following MFP, trying to eat healthier foods, less carbs and more protein. I try to get at least 5-10k steps per day but don’t really workout otherwise. Very happy so far :0)

Intermittent Fasting
I've been doing kind of a custom intermittent fast. Every 4 days I only eat up to 7pm and don't eat again until 11am the next day. Thats a 16 hour fast but only every 4 days.
