Losing a couple % body fat
I really wanna get myself down to 15 or 16 percent body fat for my holidays in September! My scales fluctuates around 18 usually, I know they aren't the best to record this but it seems like a good average. Would you cut down on food groups to achieve this? Or just keep it the same but really clean? I haven't been tracking…

Can you increase skeletal muscle ?
I use these Bluetooth scales and everything is in the right zones apart from skeletal muscle which is apparently low... don't know how accurate these things are mind! I'm just trying to eat lots of protein, running, cycling and ddp yoga! Should I change anything or will continuing to do that help ?

I find it so hard to stay motivated after drinking...
Don't know why my mindset is so wrong but last weekend for the bank holiday I ended up having a few drinks every day, nothing too bad tho no killer hangovers. And ever since I've been relaxed on my intermittent fasting, having been tracking foods properly and have done no running and barely any other exercise. Not sure why…

How do you log your takeaways ??
We got a M and S pizza for the weekend and the calories on it were crazy high! I'd guess a take away is even worse too... Is there any good estimates of what is in a take away to put down ? Looking at my intake the weekend is definitely where I leg myself down when I'm not eating things I've cooked

Getting enough protein without shakes ?
Any tips on this ? I've been trying to get over 100 a day but sometimes I'm falling really short... mainly eating a lot of chicken and cheese to be honest! Do you change your macros on rest days ??
Mine is just set to 50 carbs 30 fat 20 protein At the moment and I've been trying to keep that, but today I'm gonna have a rest as I had a good run yesterday, should I try and cut fat out more today or anything ?

I've been trying to run for the last year or so and can do a 5k now, I've tried doing a 10k and although I did it I was stopping and starting a lot.. Keeping your carbs down ??
Just started using the tracking and my carbs are way too high for the macro! The first few days I ended up just having a protein shake to balance it all out but I'm not sure if that's a good idea or not? What do you all do to make it balanced?
