How do you log your takeaways ??

We got a M and S pizza for the weekend and the calories on it were crazy high! I'd guess a take away is even worse too...
Is there any good estimates of what is in a take away to put down ?
Looking at my intake the weekend is definitely where I leg myself down when I'm not eating things I've cooked

If you are getting something from a chain restaurant, there is a good chance you can find the calories online or on their menu. Otherwise, search the database for something similar from a large chain restaurant or manufacturer and just understand that there is some error.3

One thing that's nice is the chains will sometimes put weight with their meals, so you can weigh your own meal to get a better idea of how much bigger or smaller it is compared to the chain. I also usually add a 10% inaccuracy "tax" to the total estimate to be safe.0
