Anyone do this ? Pretty challenging, I only use a light weight but getting through all the workouts is still tough, think if I did heavy ones for the legs stuff i would end up hurting my back.

That is a very tough KB complex and 10-rep rounds per exercise is no joke. The trick in getting a workout idea, if you like it, is tapering it to your current abilities. I'd say if you like overhead squats, do them as a stand-alone exercise so you can concentrate of good form rather than doing them with fatigue.
Unless you;re an advanced KB person, this workout should not be among your rotation. I like the KB complex creations of Chandler Marchman and Pat Flynn, both who have YouTube Channels.
Again, this is a tough KB complex and the guy is obviously in great conditioning shape. Thanks for sharing.0
