I always start off so well. Tracking what I’m eating, exercising, but it never lasts. I end up binging and saying f@!% it until I’m back to where I started 😔
Does anyone else get really hungry between end of dinner and bed? What do you do about it?
With the holiday approaching, are you planning on staying on track? If so, how? I could use some more tips. But I plan on just eating healthy when I can control it. i.e when I have to make meals at home between festivities. Curious as to what other people are doing.
It’s really hard when you eat healthy all week and see you’ve lost 2 lbs. I should be proud of that right? I hate that I feel that I’m not. I did only work out once. But that’s better than nothing right? How do you combat those negative feelings?
Which workouts do you do for fat loss and toning? Which ones have brought you success? Looking to loose weight but also tone.
Any suggestions? Something affordable? Before I was pregnant I drank it black. Ever since being pregnant/having my son I can’t drink it black anymore. 🤷♀️
