Which workouts do you do for fat loss and toning? Which ones have brought you success? Looking to loose weight but also tone.

I don't use fitness blender. I prefer The Firm, Kelly Coffey Meyer, or Amy Bento Ross. Calorie deficit for fat loss(cardio can help increase your deficit), strength training for "toning". Several of these workout videos will I corporate light dumbbells or body weight with the cardio, which is great to start with. Increasing weight over time will help build more muscle.0
