Walking
Last weekend was a big stress weekend because I had to get my car serviced. 1000$. Still needs front brakes and a few other things to be up to date on its maintenance. Found a good article on how myfitnesspal comes up with the daily calorie goal. Help section stuff. I thought my cals would need to be less for weight loss but I can eat the daily calorie amount and lose a little weight. And it looks like exercise allows you to eat more calories. Worth reading.
