It happens.
Did not log calories for a little bit there.
Progress requires dedication.

Started doing summer activities like riding the bike and going for a hike.

But here is one gym concept:

Front muscle and back muscle!

Its a good idea to workout your biceps and your triceps in the same workout.

Quads and hamstrings
Chest and lats
Abs and lower back

A push exercise followed by a pull exercise.
