Apple cider vinegar
Ok I'm hoping this is in the right spot. If not I'm sure it will be moved or deleted. Ok Here goes. I have started taking apple cider vinegar, as its supposed to help, many different areas, sinus being one that I have problems with, I'm just wondering would there be anyone else using it at all?
