2 weeks - 4 day slip ups - i either under eat or over. Oh im a shocker.

And over all my passion once was cooking, and now. ppffttttt - I don't wanna!!!

I try to work out my eating, a head of time. That helps.

But would so love some tips.

Oh i am pretty much off red meat, but will eat chicken and fish - Having shattered my teeth, hard foods.. you know the ones you have to chew and chew to brake down. Have become a problem...

Please ideas, before i get frustrated and go back worse to old habits....

    Stick to the food you like but at recommended portions. That's what has really helped me here. Knowing the calorie content of some of the foods has been a real eye opener. I had no idea pasta was so calorific! In the UK it's suggested that a regular portion of pasta is about 75g, well before I came on here and actually started logging I was eating three or four times that - hardly a surprise I'm here then is it? :happy: I haven't stopped having all that I like, I'm just a bit more sensible.

    This is a real education for me. Another thing that helps is a recent (6 weeks ago) photo and (oh my gosh) I look at that and gasp - genuinely. It just makes me gasp! The chin, the stomache, no definition between face and neck at the side - it's my motivator. Find yours, it really helps.
