Will power... yeh well...
Have had so much happening, know idea where to start...
Ok maybe here.. after a chronic cough for 5 years. I have been placed on reflux medication.... And noticing since being placed on it, though the cough isnt gone, its taken a back seat.
5 years of lack of major sleep. dont remember dreams any more.. miss that. I now find, i need to cut out certain foods.
Ok see my point, confusion in my head.
I need some hard task masters.
My body is in extreme slow mode.. Help...
I hate my scales...

Often our weight causes so many other health issues. Losing weight has proven to solve a few of them. Start by one of the following and incorporate another one once you're comfortable with it:
- control/measue your food portions
- choose healthier foods (more fruits and vegetables, lean meats, whole wheat bread, etc)
- drink more water
- track everything you eat/drink just so that you are aware
- move more (start with slow walks or swimming)
You have to believe that if your weight goes down to a healthier range you may not have as many issues. When I eat junk or stop exercising I notice changes in my mood and sleep. I haven't been at the gym for about two months (busy at work and interfers wiith gym hiurs) and am noticing that I have a mild depression. I am going back as of next week!
Start small. Don't expect instant changes. This has to be a life style change. You can do it!
Feel free to add me as a friend. I give honest feedback on diaries.0 -

Your welcome to add me. Find an exercise you really like doing and start there. For me it was swimming, then went to weight training and now I'm obsessed with Zumba Classes 7 times a week lol.0

I am happy to hold you accountable (in a gentle, prodding manner, of course) if you are willing to do the same for me. Add me if you like.0
