Now in the last 4 days i have taken, to upping my water by big amounts. I have always drunk heaps, but yeh, its exploded in the last week.
This morning i hopped on the scales, and marked a 0.8 kg difference. After, being stuck for a bit.
Now im wondering, I changed the way my meals, are normally done, I had a huge breakfast. Then smaller for lunch and well less for dinner. I am wondering, if anyone else does this. Because of reflux and the hours i work, Eating a heavy meal later in the night isnt the go. Now it wasnt a totally healthy day. But i was craving, meat in any form, and the protein.
Thinking this may be the way to go, for me, to keep the weight moving.
Anyone do something similar???

I load most of my calories at breakfast and lunch. I am hungrier in the mornings and after I workout. Eat food when your body needs it. If i know i am going out to dinner and eat really light bf and lunch - i feel kind of run down all day from cutting calories that my body wants.0

I eat more in the beginning of the day than the end....mostly because by the time I get to dinner I don't have many calories left! : )0
