I have asked folks about this ... else where ie my friends on here.. Now im asking you guys.. as well
Im wanting to get back into weight training,
Now i need some ideas and hints, for handling things.
Can only do it at home, and limited on weights.. ie i have 1/2 kilo hand weights as well as 2.5 kilo hand weights, i have an eliptical and stat bike, as well...
Now this is the problem... joints wont allow bouncing up and down.... in anyway....i e like floor to standing up and back down...anything that jars, is out... Im now weighting for surgery on shoulders, both...
Would anyone be nice enough.. to give me ideas on some weight exercises... and when its best to have a rest day and or so on.. been a while since i have done weights.. and so totally, not sure on how to handle it all, to get the full effects..

try working up to body weight stuff and keep looking around for stuff like barbells, dumbbels. power rack etc
you can still do things like squats (even if you need to support your back against a wall), push ups (against something like a counter and gradually find something lower as you get stronger)
static lunges are helpful as well
do you have access to a pool?0
