Calories in turkey deli meat
Does anyone know how much a medium sliced turkey deli sandwhich meat would count as? I am not sure what to put bc ir ranges from 25 to 80 a slice and that is a big difference. So I was going to order a Barnelli's - Poppyseed Fruit With Chicken Salad until I counted the calories first. 610 calories is way to many calories to waste on one meal that doesnt keep you full for a long time. Does anyone have a jump rope routine? On the go dinners?
On Tuesdays and Thursdays I have school at night. So I go to the gym before class and shoot str8 to school. My dad makes me a sandwhich for school/dinner. Are there any recomendations. I try not to eat bread too much so I am looking for ideas.

For months now I have been having problems with my heart rate monitor. Yesterday it said my heart rate was 00 Until 30 mins in. It has been having a hard time detecting my HR. Has any one had trouble with a polar HRM or any HRM. If so what did you do?
