Need Motivation :/

I do not feel like working out and I am having the blues (typical woman at a "certain time" of the month)... What did you do today or what are you doing for todays work out?

    It's 4:30 PM right now here in Houston and I'm about to lace up my shoes and head to Memorial Park for a couple of laps in this gorgeous weather. Then it's off to the grocery store to find something healthy for dinner....it's pretty much a giant pantry for me while I'm traveling so I'm excited to pick something delicious and nutritious after a good workout.

    Did the elliptical and a walk. :) Felt great after! And remember, during TOM a workout help with cramps and a lot of other symptoms. Once you do it you'll be so glad you did :)

    Since the weather is getting nicer in KC, I plan to walk the dogs when I get home from work. Then do the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes of AB work, then stretch! :happy:

    Sounds like you need some fresh air & sunshine! They chase away the blues everytime for me.. Put on some good tunes & go! I am on the couch & need to get myself off & downstairs to the gym. I'm going now....

    I did pilates this morning! it helped keep my cramps away and for sure gave me more energy!

    I was totally dreading it considering my TOM started yesterday, but I knew I needed it and I don't regret it(:

    I did day 2 of 30 day shred and jogged 2 km. I find jogging and swimming help me when it's my TOM.

    15 min stairs
    15 mins eliptical or tred (what ever is available)

    Circuit: (25-40 mins)

    1. Dives w leg tucks
    2. Jump to side R side lung, jump to other side L side lunge
    3. Crab kicks
    4. Pike push ups
    5. Lunge Kicks
    6. Burpee push ups w leg raise
    7. Super mans

    5-8 min abs (ab workout from Iphone App)
