1. Bent knee jumping jacks (30)
2. Pike push ups (15)
3. Mountian climber hops (50)
4. Push up stance legs lifts (25)
5. One arm/leg supermans (30)
- roll over on back-
6. Closed leg toe touch crunches (30)
7. Leg up/down crunches (30)
- REVERAE ORDER-

Note: If 2 sets is not enough I will repeat

    I started with 20 min stairs and 15 min incline (on tredmill).
    It was intense but boy I felt great after!!
