Hi, Following information that I picked up from Jillian Michaels site, I have set my goals to 50% protein, 20% carbs 30% fat. I have 23kg to lose. Do you think this is right? Any advice would be great, thanks. Rachel

Hi, When you are calorie counting, do you count absolutely everything like fruit and salad? Is it really all about calories in/calories out?
I'm so confused as to what plan to follow.....WeightWatchers, Atkins,Bodytrim, calories?!!! I have 17kg to lose. I've given up alcohol. Hi! I spent all day in bed yesterday flued up and wasn't interested in food at all.....totally not like me!!! But today I feel like a bit of comfort food, so I'm cooking blade steak slowly with onions and having mash and veggies. What's cooking at your place Sunday night? Rach x

What do to with egg whites?
Hi, . I bought a frozen pack of egg whites...thinking that it was a good idea! So far, I made scrambled egg with 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites.
