Hi!!
We're having a chilli pork stir fry with extra veggies and a bit of rice. Well, that's the plan, but I'm feeling full of a cold at the moment

Thanks for the ideas! I think we will have lean meat (steaks) with steamed carrots and steamed potatoes. Although the Thai and the Jalfrezi sound divine!!!0

Something cobbled together from leftovers - IE I have no idea until about 30 minutes before dinner time... then I turn into a magician.0

I had a super simple dinner last night - a couple over easy eggs on top of a bowl of rice with some spinach and a bit of soy sauce thrown in. Super yummy and even with the soy sauce I managed to stay under my sodium limit. Take that, sodium!
So anyway, tonight probably something a little less simple. Home-made tomato soup, with a low-cal grilled cheese, maybe?0 -
Salmon, brown rice and brocolli, running 9 miles tomorrow morning early :flowerforyou:0

Skinny Taste's Greek Turkey Meatballs http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/08/greek-turkey-meatballs.html and Tzatziki http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/08/skinny-tzatziki.html. I'll probably serve this up with some salad and pita, if I can find some decent low cal pitas.0

It's $5 Friday at Dominick's, so probably a roast chicken for $5, a salad, some yellow or purple cauliflower from the farmer's market and some berries. Depends on what Routerguy wants!0
