Any cardio suggestions for someone who pulled a muscle in their left leg? ---or Maybe just weights today?

What is the quickest way..
This morning at the gym i pulled a muscle on the upper part of my thy ---kind of by my hip---- using the elliptical....it hurts to lift my left leg----I have been taking ibuprofen today and resting....any advice on how to heal this properly would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance :0)

New to this site!
I have gained a lot of HAPPY :happy: weight because of my recent engagment to my wonderful fiance. I really want to stay motivated and lose 30lbs before our spring or fall wedding 2013. I know its a while away but I hope this will turn into a lifestyle for me!
