Any cardio suggestions for someone who pulled a muscle in their left leg? ---or Maybe just weights today?

    the rower will get your heart rate up, but if it bothers your leg at all, don't do it. Best thing for a pulled muscle is rest....

    just weights!! i'm getting over a fractured ankle. just slowly starting back my walking after 3 months... and it feels so good!!!
  • Google "wheelchair exercises". Lisa Ericson has a couple videos on YouTube promoting her video, but you should be able to piece together enough for 20 minutes. There is also "Chair Zumba", but I wouldn't do the leg moves with it. Good luck :smile:
