I work at Sonic, and am literally running from car to car about seven hours per day (10am to 5pm). My question is,do I log those hours as any sort of exercise or no? I still go to the gym every other day before work anyway too.

hrm broke!
Well, I think it just ran out of battery. I can't find the manual it came with so I'm not sure how to get a new battery in it. It's a sportline cheapy one from walmart. Does anyone know how to replace the battery until I get get a better hrm altogether?

MFP forever?
Do any of you think you'll have to use this sight forever? I'm a little worried about that. when I get to my goal weight I'm wondering what I'll have to do to simply stay at that weight rather than keep losing? and will that require me to have to use this site forever?

If I work on my feet all day and spend 90% of the day walking around fairly brisk pace, do I count that as exercise or no?

When you workout, how long after you've finished do you leave your HRM going? I don't think it's fair to leave it on if you're done working out but I also know you continue to burn quickly after a good workout...

I got these little nuggets of honey-type bread...they're about an inch or two long and 1/2 an inch wide..I don't know how to input them. there's no brand name no nothing because I got it from a food bank...what do I do?

eating after 6

going over calorie goal?
How many times per week would you say you all go over your daily goal and how much is too much to be going over? I've noticed the past few days i've gone over by 100 or so calories :/ UGH.

So when I went to the dr. 2 weeks ago the scale said 158, but a few days later MY scale said 155, and has consistently since, then I was at the gym today and the dang scale said 158 again! Is it because I'm weighing in at home without shoes or clothes and in full work out gear at the gym? please tell me i'm not 158...

when I input strawberries into my food diary it says '1 cup halves', does that mean I put strawberries into a measuring cup or should I weigh them? and what about granola? serving size says 1/2 cup, do I put it in a measuring cup too?

So frustrated!!!
I have been on mfp for over a month and have only lost 3lbs. I changed my entire way of eating- no candy, no sodas, no juice, nothing from a box except pasta or rice, everything else I make fresh. Salads, fish,chicken etc I just don't understand....I kind of feel a difference in my clothes but maybe I'm just delusional…
