calorie question

If I work on my feet all day and spend 90% of the day walking around fairly brisk pace, do I count that as exercise or no?

    It should be counted as your lifestyle--you can change your activity level to lightly active or active instead of sedentary.

    You can set your general activity level higher in the goals section. This will give you some extra calories based on your lifestyle.

    ok that's what I thought. I never count it but I was just wondering if it was supposed to be or not.

    yep, that sounds like an active lifestyle to me :)
