food you don't know the calories?

I got these little nuggets of honey-type bread...they're about an inch or two long and 1/2 an inch wide..I don't know how to input them. there's no brand name no nothing because I got it from a food bank...what do I do?

I just did a search for "honey chicken nuggets" and I think this "Barber Foods - Breaded Chicken Breast Nuggets Honey Crunch" might be your best bet! Best of luck.
