Back after a long time away
Hi there, Im back on MFP after a long time away and looking for some motivational like minded people to help keep me honest. Im mum to an almost 2 yr old in Western Australia, and trying to fit exercise and meal prepping around work and a toddler. Any and all help appreciated =D Cate

What are we counting as fast food??
Im just wondering what counts and what doesnt I love subway so im hoping that doesnt count but i always go for like the healthy ones im also going out to lunch with my friend tomorrow and we are going to grill'd which is like healthy burgers................no chips tho even tho hot chips are deeeeeeelish i think they count…

Anyone tried rapid loss???
I get soooo hungry during the day and was looking into fullness shakes when i found rapid loss. I'm just wondering if anyone has tried it and its worked well or if its really strict.
