god don't know how you do it with two!!! I just get so busy with my son I end up snacking on crap all day instead of eating proper meals....hopefully can get better at organising myself

i just got two new berlei ones (this is in Australia so not sure how helpful this will be) they have just done a lot of research with the Australian institute of sport so they are amazing!!!! hope this helps =D

obviously dont go out and buy expensive stuff but you can get jeans and stuff pretty cheap at some places and one or two new pairs arnt going to break the budget also think of ways you can wear your clothes that are a bit too big like putting a belt around your middle if a shirt is too big etc etc

you might be gaining weight but that doesnt mean your gaining fat muscle weighs more so if your toning up it means you would be adding weight i agree with smeade20 measure yourself and you will see differences =D

Like everyone here i think you look great =D however if it was me i wouldnt lose too much more....the problem areas you state can be fixed by toning not just losing i think you should focus on toning the re-evaluate later =D

i like carrot and celery sticks with like a salsa for a bit of a kick also look at like bars at the supermarket i like the special k bars they are all under 100 cal and help with my chocolate cravings as well =D

you might want to take an extra gym set just in case also extra socks so you dont have to put the sweaty ones back on =] i would also take extra sweat towels for the same reason well done on that commitment tho!!! what gym did you join?? i wish mine had a pool hahaha
