I don't know if I'm close enough for you... I'm also between 5'7'' and 5'8'', but I am currently at 250 lbs, trying to get down to 170 or so. If you'd like to add me, you're more than welcome to.0

Hi. I am in the same boat. I just had a baby six weeks ago. I am currently 192. I only gained 15 pounds with my pregnancy and I lost 10 of it so far. But before I got pregnant, I gained 30-40 pounds over a three year period. My mom suddenly passed away, and I just stopped taking care of myself. Anyway, I'm ready to get back to my old self again. I would like to get down to like 145. I started working out two weeks ago, very lightly since I had a c-section. My doctor lifted all restrictions today, so I need to get moving. I think it would be great if we could motivate each other.0

Starting weight: 182
Current weight: 171
Goal: 1500 -
I'm at that point too....5'7" and currently 191. Want to get to 160 to start and then see how I feel. I've started a workout program and hope that helps. I'm maintaining my caloric goal of 1200 w/o exercise and about 1350 with. Good luck on your journey and anyone here feel free to add me as friend.0
