What do you do on your off days?
I started Wednesday with day one (it was soooo hard) and did day two yesterday - it was slightly easier even though I had to run for 60 seconds EIGHT times instead of six!! My pedometer didn't count wii stepping :/
I have an omron pedometer. I did 30 minutes of wii steps (you step on and off the wii board to a rhythm). I did 2991 steps, but my pedometer only counted about 1200. What gives?

Why is rapid weight loss unhealthy?
I started MFP on 1/16/12 and have lost just shy of 40 pounds. So that averages to a little less than half a pound a day, more than the recommended rate.
