I've been mia, i know, but i did an amazing thing today.. i was exhausted and having a touch day at work..i was exhausted. i drove home only to tell myself i had to go to the gym. I went upstairs and changed into my pjs, and then i told myself I cant do this. I spent 2 hrs at the gym. I ran 8 miles, did a tone of crunches…

so my 1st goal was to fit into those BR jeans my parents bought me by the end of january, I DID IT!!!!! i went out last night as a belated birthday present to myself. and I WORE A PAIR OF THOSE JEANS!!! THEY FIT ME PERFECTLY TOOO!!!!! im sooo excitedd agh just thought id let you all know!!! it was a great feeling

I havent had a drink for my birthday, which was last week. All my friends have been asking me to go out for a drink. Ive been putting them off because I dunt want to have empty calories, any options of possible alochol drinks that are low in calories, carbs and fat? -ps i only do hard alochol, no beer, or anything of that…

im craving the gym!!!
its almost 10 am. I did a 5 mile run yesterday morning, weights last night at home, and now its 10 am, and im craving the gym! the only problem is..theres like a blizzard outside and everything's closed I WANT THE GYM!!!

i've been bad
the past two weeks have been really bad for me. I had a huge fever and then christmas came around. The past week was bad since I had family here from in town. I think i gained weight again. I dont feel good. Starting tomorrow im going to the gym. Get me motivated guys. i really want to do this again

is it possible not to lose weight?
So I think Its impossible for me to lose weight, - I eat healthy and eat less than 1200 cals a day -I work out on avg 4-7 times a week both swimming, running and the elliptical -i am on no medications, but I think i have a med problem where I cant lose weight..is that possible?? help

i eat too much protein
Hey all, my calories, carbs and fat on my food are all under, or exactly at the number recommanded by MFP. But I seem to be eating too much protein, should I cut that out? Protein gives me energy, what do you guys think?? should i cut down on protein? or just keep everything where its at..I need to eat smaller meals…
