  • I haven't tried them, but I hear the Biggest Loser workout music collections are good. You can download them on iTunes or at http://thebiggestloser.workoutmusic.com/.

For purchase there is always itunes, walmart, amazon (I used my pepsi points to get music). I don't know what type of music you like for running/powerwalking I use Hey Ya (Outkast); Young Turks (Rod Stewart); Kiss (Prince); Kanye West; B52s; Micheal Jackson. For Free try http://www.djsteveboy.com/intervals.html

Any free sites? I don't really want to buy a membership to any particular site...
  • Unfortunately, nearly all the free sites/software is considered illegal. Cox, among other companies, now monitors for these illegal downloads and I have 2 friends who have already had their internet shut off for using software like Limewire and Morpheus. Be careful. It's not worth losing your internet!

I think I figured out a solution. I wanted to reward myself after the gym, I was going to buy a new CD and then beside the CDs I saw these cards. They have a pin number on them that you enter to get your mp3s. This way I don't have to join some monthly club, nor will I get carried away and purchase more than I had planned. I'm pretty happy about the idea.

I use itunes and amazon, both have a zillion songs for ususally around 99 cents each. I just did an hour on the treadmil/elliptical yesterday with the help of Red Hot Chili Peppers, I need something that really gets me moving!
