I need help. I'm 327 pounds and 75.7% body fat. I need to get rid of this FAST. I'm 50 now and it's getting harder. I've had mini strokes in the past and i don't want any more.

Unusual workout outfits
We're all familiar with typical workout clothes (leggings, shorts, trainers/sneakers, etc) but what's the most unusual outfit you've worn to workout in? I've worked out in my office clothes while AT work doing planks (polo shirt, smart trousers, shoes), but I'm sure there are people out there who can top that.

Massive blow
On May 10th, I weighed myself and my scales said I'd lost 7lbs. I was so happy, as it meant I had lost a total of 31lbs this year. Yesterday, I weighed in and my scales said I had GAINED 12lbs!!!!
