Vitamin C and Iron

I'm doing ok with my nutrition in general but when I analyse the last few weeks, sometimes I don't register any intake of Vitamin C or Iron. Anyone got any ripe on what I can eat to address the balance without impacting on calories?

    Please consult a doctor before taking an iron supplement (in case you are tempted to). Iron can be very dangerous in higher amounts. At most take a men's multivitamin.
    MFP database is not reliable. Many people do not input iron and Vit C because "it simply takes to long". You may be getting enough and not know it. Google foods high in iron and vitamin C.
