Looing for UK friends over 40

I had a number of MFP buddies who live overseas, but not that many who live in the UK who are the same age group as me. I'm looking for UK based people to become friends with who are over 40 to help keep me motivated and shares tips, etc regarding foods and exercises that are available in the UK. I'm been doing really well in the first past of this year, but things are starting to slip.
