Wrote in my journal a new pledge to myself about getting healthy! It's so much more than the number on a scale! It's the simple things that I want to do-like riding a roller coaster, riding a bike, not being afraid that I will fit in an airplane seat. Here's to new beginnings!!

Hi! I'm headed to Australia this week and someone scheduled the Sydney Harbour Bridge climb- if anyone out there has done it, do you think it's do-able/ they would let someone overweight do the walk? Gained weight after a major loss the week before
